Hypnotherapy is a technique using hypnosis that reaches into the subconscious mind for solutions to problems with which the conscious mind has been unable to deal. The altered state occurring under hypnosis is akin to a state of deep meditation, where the recuperative abilities of the psyche are allowed to flow more freely. Hypnosis is a waking state; the hypnotized person remains in full control of his or her behavior, and usually is able to recall the whole experience.
Hypnotherapy can be used for:
Self-Improvement (Self-love, Feeling Attractive, Preventing Negative Thoughts)
Health (Exercise Motivation, Increasing Self-Healing Powers, Relaxation and Restfulness)
Personal Development (Increasing Focus and Concentration, Enhancing Confidence, Anger Management)
Relationships (Fear of Commitment, Fear of Rejection)
Sessions are 45 minutes each; a minimum of 4 sessions is required for successful transformation.

in its benefiting all things, and in its occupying, without striving...
