Please ask about your health insurance coverage when you arange your first visit.

Payments are to be made at the time services are rendered, unless prior arrangements have been made. Reimbursement is based on a sliding fee scale.

Rates

Income levels above $85, 000 - $110/hour

$50,000-$84,999 - $85/hour

 Less than $49,999 - $65/hour

Students and Lower-Income Families: *

*We will adjust our rates for college students and households which meet the "low-income" guidelines established by the federal government.  Please discuss this issue during your first visit to make the adjustments needed.

Rates are applicable for all services offered including Psychotherapies, Somatic Therapies, Art Therapy and Re-Enactments.  Rates apply only to services offered by the Therapists of Gestalt Ann Arbor.  Consultants and Associates Staff are not subject to these guidelines.  Please talk to them directly about their expectations for fees.

Please give 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or re-schedule a session.  Sessions that are not cancelled within this timeframe, will be subject to a charge of 50% of the session rate.
