Career and Life Coaching
Sometimes individuals reach a transition, either through leaving college, entering or leaving a primary relationship, losing a loved one through disease or death or through retirement or some other employment change. Often times when these transitions come to us without notice, we are left feeling "stuck" and uncertainty of our ability to even survive. Gestalt Coaching is a short-term, focused approach to helping individuals discover the source of block, fear or inertia so that he or she can move on to the next phase of their life experiences. Gestalt therapy also provides an avenue to begin and complete the Grief Cycle that is viewed as a fundamental and extremely necessary component of the experience of transition and change.
